TV4 in Sweden is premiering Torchwood on the 24th of June with 2
episodes. Start time not yet verified.

BBC America http://www.bbcamerica.com ran trailers in their Doctor Who marathon Monday showing that Torchwood will premiere Saturday September 8 at 8PM Eastern. BBC America has no West Coast feed, so people on the US West Coast - the Torchwood premiere is 5PM Pacific. BBC America's recent schedule overhaul means that they run primetime twice - 8 to 11PM Eastern and 8PM to 11PM Pacific (11PM to 2AM Eastern). There has been no evidence so far that BBC America's move to run primetime earlier will result in any change of content - Torchwood will probably appear pretty close to the UK version, minus a particular profanity and edits for time.

CBC has announced that Torchwood is part of their fall lineup. Some
newspapers are saying it will air Fridays at 9PM. Premiere date TBA.

Australian Network Ten http://www.ten.com.au has a Torchwood website now and is running ads for the premiere. A press embargo will end on Monday, so Australian media will probably announce a premiere date then. The South Australian Doctor Who Fan Group http://www.sfsa.org.au and Outpost Gallifrey http://www.gallifreyone.com should have the most accurate information when it becomes available.
